DeepSoul ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and profile information. We also collect meditation session data (duration, dates, notes) to provide you with tracking features. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile information (name, email, profile photo) from Google.
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the App experience: tracking your meditation progress, enabling social features (friends, community ranks), syncing your data across devices, and personalizing your experience.
Your account data (profile, session history, friends, sanctuary progress) is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore). Meditation audio files you upload are stored exclusively on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@deepsoulapp.com. You can also delete your account directly within the App settings.
