From the app
The fastest way. It takes effect right away.
- Open DeepSoul and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. For your safety you may be asked to sign in again first.
By email
Can't open the app? Write to privacy@deepsoulapp.com from the email on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm within 48 hours and finish within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your account, profile, username and photo.
- Your sessions, streaks, check ins, journal, gratitude, habits, playlists and garden.
- Your friends list, and any photos you uploaded.
- Your posts and comments are cleared and shown as "deleted", so conversations still make sense for others.
On your phone: the audio files you added stay on your device. Delete the DeepSoul app to remove them too.
A few technical records
Some records, such as error logs, support messages and safety reports, are not removed automatically. Email us and we'll delete them as well.
